Lunch time Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Classes Return

We are now offering classes for adults in Jiu-jitsu from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm Monday through Thursday. We also have the evening classes at 7:30 pm Monday through Thursday.

Our Muay Thai Kickboxing classes are back in action. These classes are for older teens and adults. Class times are Monday & Wednesday at 7:30 pm and Saturdays at 10:30 am.

Bring A Buddy Day

On August 31 and September 1 bring a friend, siblings, or your parents to train with you in class. We will do fun drills that review basics and work on ground defense! Earn a token for each friend you bring!
